Our hand-crafted Pâte de Fruits are made from natural fruit purées, delivering an intense, vibrant fruit flavour in every bite. Each piece is delicately cooked to preserve the pure taste, rich colour, and aromatic notes of the fruits — without artificial colours or preservatives.

This seasonal collection is perfect for gifting, sharing at gatherings, serving as Petit Four, or enjoying with afternoon tea. Elegant, colourful, and beautifully packaged, these fruit jellies are a thoughtful treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

Fruit purée (a blend of one or more of the following:

orange, blood orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, bergamot, cherry, morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, pomegranate, passion fruit, apricot, apple, plum, coconut, ginger),

Plus natural botanicals (one or more of the following:

rosemary, lavender, vanilla, cinnamon, or other natural herbs, flowers, and spices),

Sugar, glucose syrup, yellow pectin, citric acid.

May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

Weight: approx. 175 g

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 2 months from the date of production (Use By date indicated on the package).

My journey in pastry began more than 10 years ago. I graduated from a professional culinary and pastry school and trained with French chefs, where I learned the foundations of classic techniques, balance and attention to detail.
